A Suite of 8 18th Century Venetian Giltwood & Decorated Chairs

An exceptional suite of Venetian 18th century gilded and hand decorated furniture. Comprising 8 chairs (2 armchairs, 6 singles) and a four seater serpentine fronted sofa. We have listed the sofa and the chairs separately. The whole suite is currently undergoing reupholstery in antique French linen. The subtle gilding and delicately decorative hand painted decorative flowers adorn this superb set of eight chairs. Of particular note are the heart shaped back splats, surrounded with yet more flowers.

Condition: Very good untouched antique condition in keeping with age.
