An 18th C Venetian Giltwood & Decorated Sofa

A suite of Venetian 18th century gilded and hand decorated furniture. Comprising 8 chairs (2 armchairs, 6 singles) and a four seater serpentine fronted sofa. We have listed the sofa and the chairs separately. The whole suite is currently undergoing reupholstery in antique French linen. The delicate and beautiful long sofa with its serpentine front, subtle gilding and beautifully hand painted decorative flowers. Of particular note are the heart shaped back splats, surrounded with yet more flowers.
Dimensions: 201cm l x 66cm d x 99cm h x 48cm sh
Condition: Very good untouched antique condition in keeping with age.
