A stunning Antique Chinese painted screen unlike any other we have seen. This six panel screen colourfully and delicately depicts several interlinking tableaux around the subject of cherries, cherry blossom and the process of caring for them. Each panel tells a series of stories. The craftsmanship, use of colour and beauty of this screen are truly spectacular.

Condition: Very good antique condition in keeping with age. Historical conservation as well as recent conservation. Some water damage and marks here and there, to be expected with a piece of this age.
